VGW is a wholesaler for veterinarians. We care for a more honest price level of animal pharmaceuticals and animal medicinal products. We achieve these better prices through parallel trade and parellel registrations of animal health products.
VGW is expert in parallel registrations for freely tradable (OTC) animal care products, such as fleebands or dewormers for dogs and cats.
VGW also assists veterinary pharmaceuticals manufacturers in purchasing raw materials. We deliver the good with all the required standard quality documentation, such as MSDS, COA and any other document you may need for a registration dossier.
Who are we?
VGW is a wholesaler for veterinarians, wholesalers and producers of veterinary medicines.
- To veterinarians we offer animal medicines and Over-The-Counter animal care products (OTC)
- To manufacturers we offer ingredients for veterinary medicines (API's).
Permits
VGW has been granted FIGLDR permit by the Medicines Evaluation Board (CBG-MEB) in the Netherlands. Under the animals act, a license is a required for the manufacture, import, wholesale and/or retail trade in veterinary medicinal products. This FIGLDR register lists granted manufacturing licenses (F), import (I), wholesale (G) and retail (D) in veterinary medicinal products with details of each (valid) license holder.
Network
VGW has a unique international network, consisting of wholesalers and suppliers of pharmaceuticals, care products and ingredients, all for animal health. We know the market. We know where there is excess stock and where price differences between countries are such that they are interesting enough to engage in parallel import.
